Essen uses only Micro-grain and Sub Micro-grain Carbide with 10% to 12% cobalt from leading European suppliers guaranteeing higher rigidity with hardness because of the homogeneous nature of the Carbide.

Machines

Essen has a fleet of CNC tool grinding machines from ANCA and WALTER. All Tools are produced in our CNC Multi-axis Grinding Machines at our Plant ensuring maximum precision and accuracy.

We have 24x7 power back up to produce complicated tools with least delivery time.
